Elspeth Beard is a member of the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and is also qualified and registered with the AABC (Architects Accredited in Building Conservation). She qualified as an architect in 1989 and worked for several years in a London-based practice where she became first an associate and then a director before leaving to start her own practice in 1998.
"She has fantastic spatial awareness. Through Elspeth's eyes you can see the real possibilities and potential for a house. She understands the planning process - what will and won't get through - and she designs accordingly. We are very happy with the work she does and are getting excellent 'value' from her. You know that she will pay attention to every detail and follow up everything you have discussed". Anna

"Elspeth really listened to us and what we wanted. She incorporated these priorities into our scheme thus fulfilling our requirements admirably. It is so important to find someone who listens to what you want! She is also very approachable and nice to work with". Chris and Paula
