The property is situated at the south of Pains Hill and is one of a collection of buildings which would have originally served Pains Hill House. These buildings are now separated into individual dwellings. Clock House is attached on the east to Belfry House which is a Grade II listed building, the dwelling is located within a Park & Garden of special historic interest. Our proposals included internal alterations and small extensions providing a new porch, a small infill a new clay tiled roof to the existing conservatory and a new extension to the north. The internal spaces were re-designed providing a new kitchen, utility area, hallway and TV room. The existing outbuilding to the west of the house converted to ancillary domestic accommodation and linked to the main house.
