Crowts Barn is part of a complex that centres around a Grade II listed farmhouse and smaller barn located near Godalming. As the barn is located within the curtilage of the house, it also has listed status. The brief was to covert the barn into a new separate dwelling, whilst externally it is predominantly unchanged the interior spaces are contemporary with clean lines and curved walls. The contemporary design with the new stair and bridge contrast with the original features of the existing building whilst retaining the barns historic character. This conversion of this building has preserved the heritage asset for future generations.
